This is just a rough translation and may not be 100% accurate.Kagimoto Akira as Higaki Moichi:18 years old. Moichi is a surfer boy and prefers it over his studies. Although he doesn't excel in academics, he was accepted into the high school based upon a sports recommendation. A local to Shonan, born and raised, where surfing is his specialty. Moichi is considered a natural, due to his parents upbringing and passion for the sport. His father was a former company employee, but his parents love of surfing had developed even further and the decision to move to Shonan was made. Since there is no surfing club at the high school, he is a member of the swim team. Friendship is very important to him, but is known for his temper and can also be easily moved to tears. He highly respects his friend and fellow swimmer (teammate), Hiroki. Akira's character, Moichi, is within the main circle of friends and is possibly the captain of the swim team. However, I'm only basing it from the first episode and therefore could be wrong.
Hopefully, there will be a good amount of screen time for Akira. If not, it's also understandable since he has quite a hectic schedule due to tour rehearsals & the actual live performances. Poor guy, must be so tired having to travel back & forth. ><
I loved Akira's first line in the drama:
Moichi: *contorts face* "Oh sh*t! I have to pee!"
All: "Eh..."

Akira's character is my favorite! I love his attitude. It's so sexy. Yeah I think he's the captain of the swim team since he was the one that talked to Wakaba sensei about the roster. I thought it was hot when he punched Hiroki (Masaki) and called him a motherf*cker xD oh and I cant get over his name.. it's so adorable. Moichi reminds me of Mochi  Definitely looking forward to seeing more of him. |

just finished watching the first epiisode... thanks again junko for the upload and for the links to the subs... can't understand what's going on w/o them...  . i love the drama so far...it's very intersting also loved the part where moichi punched hiroki i wanna see where yamamoto yusuke's character is going...he want's to marry Wakaba sensei?!? hm... ah~ can't wait to see more... |

I just saw the caps of episode one~ and i believe this drama is amazing. I shall wait for this one to be uploaded with hardsubs, or i might as well just buy the dvd soon XD seriously, Akira looks dang hot in it  "but is known for his temper and can also be easily moved to tears"I personally love this description <3 |

Rollins who is providing the soft subs, normally doesn't release any hard subs. However, I've asked him if I could hard sub this drama and he's allowed me to do so. If you can wait a bit, unless someone has already done it in that format, I'll have it up sometime within this week. ^^ |

Thanks for the screencaps! =D I thought it was a really touching episode, too...and I thought those kids were adorable. xD
I just finished watching episode 4, and it focuses more on Hiroki, Riku, and the guy who plays piano. Cute episode though, especially the ending. Cute scenes involving the two study bugs, and next week's ep focuses on one of them. I'm hoping for a Moichi-centric episode soon. =D
lol there's a cute dodgeball scene, and watching Akira laughing and throwing the ball makes me think of the "Te No Hira Wo Taiyou Ni" PV...so in that one moment, I'm thinking of him as Akira rather than Moichi. xD
